NTO ANAAÑ FOUNDATION SET TO HOST HER THIRD EDITION OF ANNANG FESTIVAL OF ARTS AND CULTURE (AFAC) 2018

The Nto Anaañ Foundation, a socio-cultural organization in Annang Nation with the aim to promote her rich cultural heritage is set to host her third edition of Annang Festival of Arts and culture (AFAC) 2018. According to the National President of Nto Annang Foundation, the projector of AFAC, Abom Ephraim Okon, said that, the festival is slated to hold from 21st to 23rd of December,2018 at Ikot Ekpene Township Stadium, he pointed out that AFAC 2018 will showcase the rich cultural potential of Akwa Ibom State and it will gather about 15, 000 people including indigenes and tourist at the same stadium each day of two days and over 15 million viewers on Television and live streaming platform,He added that, this year’s Annang festival hope to have over 100,000 participants when the carnival parades and cultural float around the city are added.

The highlight of AFAC 2018 includes the following:

• Carnival floats and cultural festivals parade featuring more than 60 different cultural troupes •Annang Hall of Fame and launching of Annang Cultural Renanissance Magazine

•Annang beauty (Ujai Annang ) and fashion show (featuring Raffia designs and Ankara fabrics)

•Arts and Crafts Exhibition

•Annang Night of Champions (featuring Terry Fans other high-flying Artists )
